We have negotiated a greatly discounted room block for eCommBash 2019 attendees at multiple great hotels near the event venue. These are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Your tickets will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours of registration. Tickets are only sent so that you have proof of registration. Having paper or digital tickets will make the check-in process easier, as they have a QR code with your ticket information on them. A paper ticket is not necessary when you check-in at the event. Photo identification, however, is necessary when you arrive at the event.

eCommBash is about learning and knowledge, and we believe that people learn best when they are comfortable.  The official dress code of Austin is shorts, t-shirts and flip flops, so that is perfectly fine at eCommBash. If you’d prefer to dress differently, then go for it. Whatever you are comfortable with is what we want for you to wear. 

Every ticket sold generates revenue that goes back into making the event even better, so unfortunately, no, we do not offer refunds for eCommBash. Also, to protect you from ticket theft or fraud, tickets are non-transferable.

Yes, the first few rows will be tables for those that prefer to use a laptop during the session. However, the only way to guarantee table seating is to purchase a VIP ticket, which provides you with front row seating for the entire event.

Yes, we can help with that. Please use the form found here to contact us with your request, after you have purchased your ticket and remember to include your full name, confirmation number and email address. A letter will be sent back to you digitally for you to print out to show to your local Embassy. For additional Visa information, please ensure to check with your local government authorities.
